How can I support you right now?

May 18, 2026 / Original Kit letter

A lot of my life lately has slowed down.

Not in a peaceful, graceful, “I finally figured it out” kind of way either.

Honestly…

Slowing down has been painful for me.

I’ve spent most of my life moving.

Building. Solving. Thinking. Pushing. Producing. Finding the next thing to fix, improve, optimize, or create.

Go. Go. Go.

And if I’m being real, I think a part of me believed movement itself was safety.

That as long as I kept moving, I didn’t have to fully sit with myself.

But life has a way of interrupting patterns.

And lately, it feels like life has handed me a season where slowing down and turning down the noise is not just a suggestion…

It’s the only option.

Right now, I’m in Honduras.

Some mornings start with coffee outside while the city is still quiet.

Some nights end in a hammock listening to my thoughts realizing how uncomfortable silence can feel when you’re used to constant stimulation...

And realizing how uncomfortable I am with my son falling sleeping on top of me in the hammock lol.

At first, I resisted it.

I wanted to “get back” to productivity. Back to momentum. Back to speed.

But somewhere in the stillness, I started realizing something:

Most people do not need more information.

They need a calmer environment.

A clearer container.

A space where their nervous system can finally exhale long enough to hear themselves again.

Especially high performers.

Especially founders. Leaders. Healers. People everyone else depends on.

I’ve worked with enough ambitious people now to realize the bottleneck usually is not intelligence.

It’s noise.

Too many tabs open. Too much pressure. Too much urgency. Too many expectations. Too little stillness.

And clarity rarely arrives in chaos.

It usually arrives after the body finally feels safe enough to stop bracing.

The interesting thing is… life has already been showing me this path for years.

Some of you experienced it at my wedding in Punta Cana.

People still talk to me about how grounded, connected, and present that experience felt. Yes, it was a wedding. But honestly, it was also a retreat.

People slowed down. Conversations became deeper. Relationships formed. People rested. Reflected. Reconnected with themselves.

And through the work we’ve done with the Self-Trust System, retreats have already quietly been part of the transformation too.

Creating environments where people feel safe enough to breathe, reflect, open up, and reconnect with themselves has already been part of the work.

I think I’m finally realizing this isn’t separate from my purpose.

It is part of it.

So moving forward, I’ll be leaning more intentionally into hosting retreats and experiences here in Honduras.

Not performative “escape your life” retreats.

Not overpacked networking schedules where everyone leaves more exhausted than when they arrived.

I’m talking about intentional spaces.

Beautiful environments. Grounded conversations. Good food. Stillness. Clarity. Connection. Time away from survival mode long enough to actually hear yourself think again.

A calm space and container for people who carry a lot.

And honestly, it feels like one of the most aligned things I’ve built in a long time.

Because I know what it feels like to constantly carry pressure. To always be the one holding everything together. To struggle with slowing down even when your body is asking for it.

And I know many of you feel that too.

So I’d love to hear from you.

What are you navigating right now?

What’s feeling heavy? What’s unclear? What kind of space, support, or experience do you feel like you need most in this season of your life or business?

Reply directly to this email.

I read every response myself, and these conversations genuinely shape the work, spaces, and experiences I’m building moving forward.

Appreciate you for being here.
