A new chapter (and something I built for you)

I’ve been sitting with how to write this for a while.

Because if I’m honest… this isn’t just an update. It’s a turning point.

Over the last few years, I’ve been deep in it. Building, testing, partnering, stepping in and out of businesses, and learning in real time what actually moves things forward… and what just looks like it should.

And one thing became very clear:

Most of us don’t have a knowledge problem. We have a focus problem.

Too many ideas. Too many tools. Too many directions pulling at the same time.

I saw it in the founders I worked with. I saw it up close in my own life and relationships. And if I’m being real, I saw it in myself too.

There’s a specific kind of overwhelm that doesn’t come from not knowing… It comes from knowing too much and not knowing what actually matters.

So I made a shift.

I stepped back. Simplified everything. And rebuilt around one core idea:

Less talk. More systems.

That’s what this next chapter is.

I’ve officially relaunched under Pouncil & Company, focused on helping founders get clear on what matters and execute without all the noise.

And instead of trying to “teach more,” I decided to create containers where the only job is to do the work that actually moves the needle.

That’s where these come in:

Focus Friday A 2-hour execution block.

No cameras. No pressure. No overthinking.

Just a protected space to focus and get something important done.

This is for the days when you know what needs to happen… you just need the space to actually do it.

Office Hours (starting next Tuesday) A 1-hour open session.

Bring whatever you’re stuck on offer, pipeline, decisions, direction.

We’ll work through it live and get you unstuck.

These are simple on purpose.

Because I’ve learned the hard way — complexity doesn’t create results.

Focus does.

If you’ve been here for a while, you already know… I’m not interested in building something that sounds good.
